I don't think Chinese shepherds would have been particularly relevant to Quebecois society back when the name Pâté chinois was coined.

It's like if Shepherd's Pie was called Indian Pie in Scotland. There's gotta be an explanation, but it doesn't seem like it's going to be a straightforward or obvious explanation. :nerdy:

I'm sure it'll make as little sense as why Mexicans call people with curly hair chino, despite curly hair not being typical of Chinese people.

Earlier this year NASCAR had their closest finish ever, .003 between the winner and runner-up. This weekend NASCAR just had a .001 gap finish. It doesn't get any closer than that.

Currently plotting the murder of my headphones. They glitched and made a shrill whine at an unsafe-for-human-ears decibel level. I feel like i lost some hearing in one ear.

My dreams, while it's not so clear and less weird, it's also becoming a bit frequent.


Like me suddenly going back to my old work, proving to my boss that I changed and see if she can monitor.

Or that I'm playing another RPG game again. And my mom's the second player. And I'm carrying the team.

Or another time that I dreamed of dragging someone throughout some building to leave some maze...


Nothing yet about those alternative worlds, or those post apocalyptic settings...


I don't know what conditions that made my dreams more frequently memorable for few days a week.

I had certain months that are like that.
Even if my sleep was crap that I did felt like I only closed my eyes all night -- I'd still hallucinate and pass it off as dreaming.
