Did they believe you?

I guess not. I don’t know. From the above copy paste does it seem like he believed me? I cannot tell

She even lied about me storming out because she left the room before me and also she lied about me snatching the paper because shd had put it on deak in fromt of where i was sitting

That definitely looks like he siding with the clerk. If he is a good lawyer and you want his services can you offer an apology through gritted teeth and claim you must of been understood by the Clerk as you didn't mean any offense.

If it's a matter of principle for you then I'm afraid you need a new lawyer.

it sounds as if you can go back, but maybe you'll have to say something like, "sorry we had a misunderstanding."

But she blatantly and explicitly lied about me. And he does not wish to believe me? Isn’t that what it sounds like?

Sometimes I wish you could force the other person to sit down with you and explain their behaviour, but they probably wouldn't own it.

Things like that really mess with my head.

But the world is full of irrational and hateful ppl. I truly believe Aspies were born with a gift for peace-keeping, yet that offends the world. The world likes two-faced destructive and manipulative ppl.

He was a little bit diplomatic and said your tone might of been misinterpreted so not necessarily blaming you but possibly blaming your autism ( if he knows you have it ) and the fact that sometimes we are misunderstood ( sounds like BS though ).

Yes he knows I have autism I told them both when I got diagnosed
But i know my tone was fine
I was making an effort to keep it sweet n pleasant to compensate fr my depression

I'm going to totally own this , which I know will mess with your head

I had my car's alternator go out for the second time and was stranded in Austin until my family could come get me. During the wait, all I could think about is how this year has been bad so far, I am always behind everyone else, death gets closer to me as well as my family every year, and if an incident like this happens again, I will truly be helpless and most likely die.

electrical issues are the WORST. i know how that feels, your transportation is useless and as you wait you have all that time with nobody but your own thoughts.

it's far from the worst of what happened with me and that car, but i once fried an alternator by letting the battery drain when i was at school (6 hours with the headlights on) and not letting the battery charge long enough after i got a jump. on my old car on which that happened, it's easy to reach...just a few bolts and clips, my dad and i changed it that afternoon.... but on the lexus i drive now you might as well pull the whole engine.

My Volvo's had the wrong battery installed since I owned the thing but I'm not about to buy a battery for a 100% functional car am I?

Here's wishing my folks had just let me buy the friggin Integra instead of 4x more mess from 20 years later.
