6 hours is about my usual amount of sleep per night. I always tell myself I need more, but I haven't had any adverse effects the last 8 months.

The country is on Strike? What do you mean? A bank holiday?

I got 5 1/2 hours of sleep, and I just worked 11 1/2 hours.

If I had to do it everyday I would explode, though.
