I kept being reminded that I was right and I got what I want.

Sure, I still get annoyed, irritated, discomfortable, confused, scared, worried, anxious, hurt...

But it's just... Easier.
A way easier 'existence'. It's easier for me to feel now that I don't have to fight it anymore.

And I like it.

The benefits of a couple of rounds of toast in an afternoon are remarkable

I feel like the future I would have predicted for myself a few weeks ago is completely different to the future that's in front of me now but now I have no way of predicting that future

It's exciting really and I wouldn't wanna change that part of what I'm going through

when in the bible, in genesis it says "I will greatly increase the pain of your labor," it might as well have referred to all of us.

I've done more work in the last hour than I've managed in the previous two days. Focussing me is like herding cats but when I get into gear I'm really productive. I wish i could turn it on and off.

Why do some people try to drive while looking at their phones?
When I take my eyes off the road for half a second I start panicking.
I won't pretend I'm not addicted to my phone but I could never do that. It's not even just knowing that it's dangerous, it's a visceral need to see what's in front of me.

I don't understand how driving isn't stimulating enough to make one forget all about their phone.

And if it's not stimulating enough, yank out all the sound proofing and straight-pipe it.
