God is love, and God is all of us, and we are all God. So what would be the point of punishing yourself?

When I get off a hyper high, all that's left is a 43 year old who prefers Germany over Britain.

I'm working on the last two entries for Part 2 of Book VI, then I have to finish Part 3 and the end of Part 4. Then comes the decision whether to keep the rest of the book together or split Parts 5-8 into Book 7.

In the case of my ideas for Book VIII, I'm having great fun subverting elemental personality stereotypes [that is, the fire/lightning elemental is gentle and passive, the air/wind elemental is sweet and loving but is very hot tempered, the water/ice elemental is insecure and shy, and the earth/wood elemental is a cloudcukoolander and very child-like.

The four characters of Book VIII have four forms each: a 'chibi' form that is their neutral, default form; two elemental Alpha forms [fire/lightning, and so forth]; and a celestial Omega form.
