It seems like for some reason, this thread usually goes quiet after I post in it

Yeah, I thought it might just be bad timing on my part.

My brother wrote a review for my ex lawyer on Lawyerratingz website
He wrote about the law clerk lying about me and ‘doubling down’ when i apologized ‘for any perceived slight’
I think they will think i wrote it
But i am glad my brother is loyal to and believes me

I'm trying to figure which song started the hippie movement in the Mid-60s.

I have seen a few funny faux pas here on WP.
Then the embarrassment when they realise what they have said.

Do those include the one where I told Zach to keep his pecker up?
Is that a common phrase in the U.K. too?
Don't say it to an American...

My relative was once in Austria and his wife sent him to buy pig's trotters, but instead of asking for "schweine füße" he ended up asking for "schwine küsse" (kisses). I think he asked for half a kilo of them.

I never thought I'd outgrow the username, CockneyRebel. I tried to shrink back into it a few times. It's like I've gone from being a boisterous, hedonistic Cockney to being a sensitive, soft-hearted German. The boisterous Cockney was a macho act to put on a mask to the world that I was as tough as nails and Newkirk like, having no time for feelings. I spammed London Routemasters and The Kinks during my first 11 years here. I spammed those things, because I didn't want to be found out and branded a Nazi by my fellow WP members. I wish I could turn back the clock and be myself from the get-go. I was pissed off at a job placement officer that I had in the Mid 90s. She told me one time that I was too sensitive. I thought of the guy in my work experience programme whom I thought was too sensitive. Keep Calm and Carry On became my motto and I guess I got a little carried away. I'd rather be the sensitive, soft-hearted German to be honest, even though it makes me very comparable to that guy that I went to college with. The Kinks are still my favourite band. I was especially spamming London and Routemasters to hide behind a castle wall. Why am I up at this hour repenting, when I could be sleeping, getting over my man cold and healing? Hey! That rhymes. 8)
