I am filling in for the receptionist while she's at the doctor and I hope I don't catch her virus. And also that she gets back before anyone comes in and asks me something or before the phone rings, because I'm a ditz with phones and transferring calls. I once left someone on hold for 15 minutes because I forgot to hit the "transfer" button again. Also, she's got a big bowl full of chocolates out here and I'm having a hard time leaving them alone.

How can someone act like nothing has happened after they've done something wrong, on such a scale as using people. It baffles me how they can think they have the high ground...

I think my favorite fire agate dealer is gonna retire soon. I'm just happy I was able to buy from him, hes totally radical!
