What's the last weirdest dream you had?

I don't know.
Lately, it's disjointed.

Like half of characters and objects, from any medium it appears to drawn from, just morph into something else, and fade or explode in front of me not long enough for me to recognize.

And are less of an event and more of an interface.

I had to take our cat into the garden shed for some reason, and my son said the door was stuck and that we'd need to remove the latch and a few other bits before it would open and close, so we did that. We left the bits just outside the door. But the door now had large gaps in it because of the removal, and I figured the cat would get out. So I tried to get hold of the bits with a view to re-attaching some of them in the hope of sealing off the gaps, but my son's girlfriend came up and took them away. I yelled at her to bring them back, which I think she eventually did. I saw another animal in the shed - possibly a dog - that was a very bright, unusual colour, as if it wasn't real.

It's a somewhat recurrent theme in my dreams - doors or windows having gaps through which somebody might get.

I dreamt that a huge mutant yellowjacket started flying around my room and menacing me.

I dreamt that I was in my house when some scared young woman knocked on my door, my mate let her in and comforted her on the couch. then a tow truck parked in the front and this young woman's associates/family made its way into the house and into my kitchen where they made us some yummy food. these people were all Indian [India] 'cept for the young woman.

I dreamt I was in my living room looking out the picture window overlooking my back yard, I saw a lion jump up on a log and eat an orange tabby housecat. then I saw an Android character from some sci Fi movie I just saw a few hours earlier, pick up the well-gnawed-on thigh bone of some guy who just a few minutes earlier I saw in the back yard.

I dreamt my I found a couple of white tubes of some unknown meat product, "white willow ready meat" it was called. I tried to share them with my housemate but was met with distinct lack of interest.

I dreamt that my mate was communicating with me telepathically, it was so real in that I could "hear" her voice inside my head as I lay in bed. she later told me she was thinking thoughts directed towards me.

A couple of nights ago I dreamt there was this girl who was so obsessed with me romantically (side note: I do like girls, but... geez 0_0 I'm not worth all that) that she killed several people and also wanted to kill me. I remember sitting on her bed, her arms wrapped around my neck hugging me, and every time her parents would walk in she would throw something at them. Eventually one of the things hit one of them and then she magically disappeared. And then I ran for the hills. XD
That wasn't a nightmare to me, though. It was actually kind of thrilling.

Very brief...dreams but repeated....i get right next to a bed or a couch...and suddenly. all my control of my body goes away. And I drop immediately straight downward onto the floor . And thats all. very weird.

That my father was home.

I had a dream that I was so crippled that I had to use the crutches with the cups that go around the upper arms. I've got to start thinking about the things I can do.

I dreamt I was in some kinda halfway house, I was hungry but I couldn't find my shoes, and I looked all over for them and finally when the mess hall closed, they popped into existence right at my feet, I was so angry with them that I flung them into walls until they were threadbare, then I put them on and they fell apart on my feet. disgusted, I walked into the manager's office where they already were munching on all the leftover mess hall food that didn't get eaten and I sneaked a few bites, it was beefy and delicious to my hungry guts.

I dreamt I was on my last day of active duty in the army, and in the barracks I was struggling to gather my things to pack into a deuce-and-a-half that I somehow inherited. some army folks were upset at me getting to leave and they tried to obstruct me but I stiff-armed them and got my stuff into the deuce and a half and as soon as I got in the driver's seat the vehicle transformed instantly into a pink 1988 Pontiac 6000 convertible. I revved the engine and took off, then somehow my present sweetheart hitched a ride, and we hit roadblocks, my commander showed up and told me I was not supposed to leave with the sweetheart, but I brushed him aside only to find he had the base closed up. I had to park the car and sneak out of the base through a warehouse where I ended up in the industrial part of Washington DC, where MPs flew by in flying hovercraft that shone strobing search lights around us. finally my sweetheart ducked through an alley where an Amazon electric delivery van picked her up and took her away. then I awoke.

I dreamt I was in a house that was a melange of my late sister's house and my late parents' house. I invited a bunch of student nurses/medics inside, there were two senior staff medicos who supervised the students, I led them down into the basement where there was a mock-up clinic, and me and the two staff nurses discussed the latest pandemic, to which they were doubtful the present administration would allow anything therapeutic to be enacted.

I strayed away from my friends in the USA who were in some small village, into the countryside, and out of curiosity got onto one of the wagons of a goods train, which then started off before I could get off again. I feared jumping off in case I got hurt, but did so and landed on the ground safely. I tried to walk back to my friends but it was a long way and I noticed a town on the left hand side, and I could see the names of a couple of streets that I was fairly sure were in England. That suggested I was completely off course and would never get back to my USA friends, but I continued past the town and it wasn't long before I arrived back at the village I'd started out from.

I think I can see quite a bit of symbolism in there, but I can't quite put my finger on what it meant, assuming it meant anything. It was unusually vivid.
