I came up with an awesome idea for a webcomic.
So, the main premise is that fantasy land is being invaded by an army of cliches, lead by King Non [and yes, his name is a play on 'master of none']. Fantasy land's leader, King Gilas, brings together four 'heroes' [in the loosest sense of the word] to deal with the problem, reasoning that no matter how ridiculously inept they are, 'good always wins'.
The characters are:
1) Sir E. Redrick; a hero from the olden days who still has politically incorrect heroic resolve despite being 70. He spends most of his time saying things like 'when i was your age, we killed dragons with our bare hands, not with this shoddy equipment you have now.'
2) the as yet unnamed young squire who is actually the 'real' hero of the story; gentle and kind-hearted.
3) Fenelian [Fen]: an elf wizard bard who is only in the group because King Gilas ordered it. May or may not be ambiguously gendered, but is very snarky.
and finally, what must be one of the weirdest characters I've ever invented: 4) Phil, [also called Epona], the transgender werehorse.
Oh, and there will be a game that is like a cross between Calvinball and that card game Kirk invented in that one OS episode. The squire will be a master at it during a tournament that will take place at some point...eventually.
The only sticking point in this whole thing is the fact that I'm tech-savvy to a limited degree and know next to nothing about making my own website.
