I always stay up late wondering why I am still single. I give myself insomnia doing so but I don't know what else to do.

that's the type of thing you give yourself twenty minutes a day to worry about, then shelve for tomorrow. sleep improves mood and makes being alert enough to connect with someone more likely.

I literally go for hours during the day thinking about my singlehood and wondering if it will ever change or if my fears of being alone forever will become my fate.
