Today was the last time somebody dragged me to a stand-around-and-talk party! Its a turn in my life. I left after 5 minutes and am so happy to be home alone with a glass of wine and loud music 8)
If the neighbours knock again......... ............ he he he !

Oh yeah, those stand around and talk about the weather parties. I've always found those annoying.

Actually we didnt talk about the weather -for a change. We talked about the theme of the party, which was "triangles", and one of my friends said (because he didnt wear anything with the shape of a triangle) that he will walk home like one -demonstrating it with his arms. So I smiled and ... left.

Does anybody understand a sh..? anyway lol

Wrong. It's six days until Christmas.

For me, anyway. I'll almost certainly be having more fun on the 16th than the 25th.

My friends were only around for an hour tonight. Dean was getting tired and Barb didn't have anything to say as usual.

I made a measured 150 meters [in flight] with my sling before with a quartz cube (they seem to make far better bullets than blocks of shale). That's insane.

I remember my old target bow that pulled at 30 pounds could only make about that; I can get over 200 with my 50 pound hunting bow, but not by much.

I reckon if I had a lead/steel sphere, I'd easily make 200 meters with the sling.

I'd better get to sleep, or else I'll be posting silly things that I usually say in my dreams. I'm also seeing things. If I look at my clock radio out of the corner of my eyes, the numbers look like some word in Punjabi. I'm also correcting my words as I type.
