If it weren’t for the fact my landlord says no pets, I would have either a Shetland Sheepdog, a Rough Collie, a Basset Hound or a Bloodhound (Preferably all4 breeds)

Well, Hellraiser: Judgment was supposed to be out sometime this year, but I guess at this point, that's not happening. I'd have to look at what movies are out or coming up before the end of the year to see if anything looks interesting to me.
