Hmm... I'd say yogurt but not sure if it counts in cultures that are not Turkish. Maybe bbq sauce or sriracha sauce.

Onion, yellow pepper rings or pepperoncini, green peppers, avocado, jalapenos, and/or feta cheese with an oil/vinegar type dressing. Or if it's ranch, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and/or cucumbers.

Yes, I used to hate them when I was little until I discovered the art museums in Europe which are much better :)
