Well done you!

Paid my electric bill. Spun gold out of straw, did a load of cardio and vacuumed throughout.

Thanks!

Treadmills are ridiculously heavy....I have a foldable one and it's still a pain to move around.

What did I achieve.....two split workouts today.

I don't have a treadmill but did 30 minutes on my exercise bike on hard difficulty setting.

Get one. I had a motorised reebok one that lasted for years. I absolutely hammered it and it eventually gave up on me this year so I got a cheap one from decathlon. I wasn't expecting much from it but I actually get a really good workout from it.

Today I beat my pb on my exercise bike. 11.4 miles in 30 minutes. Get in!

Edged and mowed the lawn at home.
Growth has been very slow over winter but it certainly looks a lot neater for a mow.

Been working. Also had a walk to the village post office and was really pleased at how my walking was. Good long strides and strong. Still having to concentrate on every step but at least it's going in the right direction. I almost dared myself to see if I could run but I thought I best not push it just yet.

Thank you most kindly, considering the fact, my right arm is suffering from stiffness and pain.

The nap I had was worth writing a memoir. 8)

I've managed to build little mouse houses that have that sticky glue inside.

Managed a full day out in town going round all the shops and even the food court. This wouldn't normally be a great achievement for me but I was quite hungover.
