My foot is very asleep.
I just tried to put it against the cedar chest and had to look to see if it was on there.

Funny how when you're broke there's all this s**t you want to buy and you wish you had money, but then when you get a bunch of Christmas money you just linger on Amazon thinking, "Man, I can't think of anything to buy."

That happened to me this year. I wound up spending less than half of it on myself, and I used the remainder of it to buy my mom a really nice birthday present (her birthday is on January 9th).

I need to rid myself of some unnecessary things. The simpler, the better.

Italy is my favorite character from Hetalia. I like the fact that he's so sweet and sensitive, and his childlike naivete endears me to him. It also helps that his English dub voice sounds just like the voice I used to use for my favorite stuffed animal when I was a child.

Christmas day is over. There's only 4 more hours tonight. I could go back to using my usual avatars. Next Christmas will be better for both families. There will be less meltdowns and flashbacks. My niece had the meltdowns and I had the flashbacks.

Loneliness can be a fear,
before becoming a gift.

Why would anyone fear the blessed loneliness?

Perspective I suppose - or unfamiliar territory perhaps.
It is virtually impossible to see it in myself,
though glaringly apparent in others.

I hope that the toys I ordered online with my Christmas money will arrive soon. I'm especially looking forward to cuddling up with my Twilight Sparkle and Alice plushies. :P

I like wrapping presents I'll do them for you! Everyone gets stressed at Christmas they'll probably just put it down to that.

I gave up in the end and just used Christmas themed cardboard bags. Every time I tried to fold the paper, it just split so I shredded it in a momentary fit of rage. This loop continued until 3 sheets of paper were wasted. Apparently everyone heard banging downstairs but didn't now what it was. I was punching the bed.

I had a lovely Christmas yesterday.
