how do you manage to maintain your emotional content?

I'm not sure I have any emotional content to maintain....

Seriously though, I just can't handle or process emotional stuff at all.

My kindergarten teacher picked me up by my hair and spanked me mid-air for playing with a toy train. It was blue so I should have known it was a boys' toy, apparently. This was the very first day of Kindergarten. I didn't tell my family because I thought they'd make me quit school to avoid her, and that I'd never learn to read.

The only phobia I know of is roller coasters. If I loop up on xanax I can ride them and like it a lot.
