LMAO -- love it
I love to spin like on a tire swing, or in situations when I have control.
I don't like it if it's an amusement park ride when I'm not in control.
I do love rollercoasters, though.
Do you bite pen caps?
No ~ but I had to give up biting pens and pencils.
Spinning round though and round from foot to foot at different speeds with my arms outstretched ~ to have my dizziness chase and catch me up from time to time, and stopping to get the super-spin and trying to stay stood up is fun!

How do like kaleidoscopes perhaps?
I had a stroke in my cerebellum so I need to be pretty steady these days. I get dizzy rolling sideways in bed.
I've always loved spinny things like pinwheels.
Kaleidoscopes are great. I'm "the girl with kaleidoscope eyes", however. I see kaleidoscopes when I get visual migraines.
I have kaleidoscope vision anyway myself with different light, colour and geometrical 'lenses' ~ seeing people and things as being groupings from tiny particles more generally, then threads, clouds and various forms of geometries and radiances etcetera. Migraines are so not good in this respect ~ in my next life I am so not going to tick that box again

Do you find the visuals appealing or does the complimentary hammer and thud pain package ruin for you?
I seldom have the visual kaleidoscope at the same time as the crushing, killer pain. It tends to be one or the other.
When I was in first grade the teacher was teaching us "too" / "to" / "two" and I got in trouble for not paying attention but it's because I was staring at particles of light in the air. I could see the little dots like TV pixels. They were just floating around. I couldn't look directly at the teacher because it was too sunny, but I could tell you what she was wearing and what colour her chalk was, so I was definitely paying attention.

(This wasn't a migraine; it was just my micro-analysis of life).
The visuals are appealing in theory, but I'm usually too dizzy to appreciate them.
