I really shouldn't tell you. But each of us are just a piece in the puzzle and each piece has meaning and is essential to the final completion of the whole picture and can't be revealed until the final chapter.

I would break into houses and have a look around at other people's lives. If there was no buildings left I would walk somewhere warmer with nicer weather.
