It looks like I'll be downloading and posting pictures of my paintings on Sunday now. I'm staying at Stepping Stones for Karaoke this evening.

I've downloaded pics of my art onto my laptop and I've resized and cropped half of them already. I plan to edit the rest of them tomorrow, upload them into an album on a better site than Photobucket and post them 4 at a time.

I made a video trying to explain thought records but as usual I rambled unnecessarily. The gist is that they help to unravel difficult thinking patterns .

You don’t need to pay a therapist to try it out. At least for most things.

The therapist is just good for guidance and outsiders perspective ... from an educated trained person
