I wore two pink lipsticks combined for a certain effectand it made my day better.

Can someone here who is efficient with organizing explain to me what I should do to transition from tasks and organize??
Transitioning from one task to another

Esp grocery store
Organizing and getting things done
In my psychological assessment my Executive Functioning was rated very very low so I need ideas. IMm guessing Tem and Kura would know this because They are both clearly very productive .
