I do feel for you Mr Ferris. The sofa is a comfy safe place and my dog rarely leaves it and I don't blame her.
I am giving myself a brain break in a minute and putting on How to train your dragon 2 on the TV. This should take me away from the chaos for a while. I will probably have an early nap and then cook something later. Sometimes we need to give ourselves a break and be compassionate towards ourselves.

Also - screw these conspiracies, everyone around me says I am high, I am not high, I have been sober for months now. Though I regret ever touching it, clearly I am going to have the urge to use my entire life and clearly I was being screwed with laced drugs.
