Does the fact that I'm female and like to cook, was born before 2000 and like anime and video games, and am peaceful by nature and live in Canada make me a bunch of stereotypes?

We are all "stereotypes" to a certain extent. But they don't have to dominate you.

Yes, it's me here at university as, I'm now in the 3rd and final part of the course;wherein, I hope to complete the 2nd test sometime around the end of this month of start of next month.

I would guess an "exact millennial" would be born either on January 1, 2000; or January 2, 2001. Depending on how one defines the passing of a new millennium.
