Well I'm going to see my mom (~400 miles away) but maybe I'll stop somewhere for a day and sleep in the car :P

I swear, waking up early tends to make me sleep during the day.

My apologies for disappearing after posting.

I know I do this too often. I am working on it.

Mindfulness for me is just about paying attention to what I am doing and getting thoroughly involved.

Mindfulness can be so many things and it is finding the most compatible way to use it - what fits with you personally.

On the other hand sometimes doing nothing is the right way to continue and ride the wave - let it take you wherever?

Sounds like Ms Climber needs a very long rest and to come back to herself. There is only one person who knows how Ms Climber feels and that is Ms Climber.

I hope you find some inner peace soon my lovely

Your Dragon Footprints are everywhere in this thread.

You are here—-even if you’re not actually literally here.

I want a very smart and understanding brunette girlfriend. She can be cold, but understanding is the best.

I don't like cold women at all. That drives me nuts!

This is sort of funny:

To "table" something (i.e., a bill) in the US Congress---means to remove it FROM consideration.

To keep something "on the table" means the opposite: to keep it IN consideration.

Q: Doctor, I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Your heart only good for so many beats, and that it... Don't waste on exercise. Everything wear out eventually. Speeding up heart not make you live longer; it like saying you extend life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Take nap.

Sleep and exercise help, but genes are really the determining factor in longevity.

The ironic thing with the idea of extra sleeping to prolong life is that the extra time you get is minimized by the extra time you're asleep.

What matters, I believe, is being diligent about your checkups.
