One of the annoying parts of looking for a phone is the overall emphasis on graphics and camera...


... I don't care about the graphics except for it's comparability.

And should I care?
I use my phones without my glasses and I have moderate nearsightedness and mild astigmatism. It's kinda irrelevant...

And I don't use my phone to find my glasses.

It's not like I post stuff or likes to do pictures. If anything, that ain't for me.

And, oh, sure, art and rendering -- I'm not gonna use a phone for that unless I have a phone spec that can practically replace my laptop.
While I like the idea of being able to use a stylus on a mobile, it won't be for bigger stuff. I'm still sticking to traditional if there come a time that art comes back to me.


Higher refresh rate? Sure!.. Except I like to optimize and disable some animations.

Touch sampling rate?
How come no one's talking about that? I'd rather have that. Less frustrating and jarring.

Frames for second? That's a must have. Kinda why I also optimize.


The camera? Why should I careeee?
Selfie cam even more so! I mean whyyyy???

The best I'd get out of a good camera is for gathering evidences and being less of a headache when taking details because, well, pictures I took because I-suck-at-describing-and-remembering.

I'd rather go for base ROM just for this.

And the only ones who's going to be happier with me having a better camera quality ain't me, actually.

Also I suck as a photographer.
Not that I mind -- I'd rather consent to take a photo of some get together than being forced to be included on said picture.

A customer told me her rule at the flea market today that she only buys things that are made from a pattern. The next time she tells me that, I'll tell her to find a vendor who's able to follow patterns.
