Saveferris, I had shared that joke (sent to me) on the forum MakeupAlley which I have been part of since High school.

They immediately derided ME as racist (the joke was not about race I kept telling them!) and one lady falsely accused me of ‘posting racist things in the past’ etc

I hate NT’s for their pile-on tactics

What ? the Doctor meme about taking naps ?
I thought it was real and an actual quote. If it's a joke then I can see how it might be considered racist due to the broken English used which has it's roots in mockery.
I don't think it's racist but that doesn't mean it isn't , pretty much everything is racist to some people , maybe I'm just a big closet racist :jester:
It's a fine line and it someone called me racist for that post , I'd remove it and apologise as it was not meant that way.

Yes I removed it n apologized fr any hurt feelings but then they were all like ‘I think u are lying about not knowing it was racist’ God!

Hi Sweet Peas. I was thinking of you all today. I'm not going to that free store anymore. It's a waste of time.

I have recently become a bit addicted to this game called tentrix. It's a nice addition to the typical games I do at work during wait time..

I am here, so do not fear.

It's a lovely day for a garden adventure.

Dog first - she won't wait, she stands at the gate. :)

No that would be possum. Singed possum is a totally different smell. It smells like... victory.

I try to rhyme all the time, but never seem to get the hang of it, so I just quit.

Scratch what I said earlier.
The bullet journal has gained power.
Just what I needed.
An A5 dictator.

A5 sounds like a non-North American highway.

Ha!

I’m going to challenge myself to complete all my missed fasts from last Ramadan... a month’s worth because I was expecting a baby then.

I’m not religious anymore but I want to stick to these obligations before signing off completely. It was supposed to start today but kids were up ALL night so I knew I couldn’t get by today without copious amounts of coffee.

Gosh and speeding ticket to pay off. Also cleaning the poop my kid smeared everywhere (again) due to which I have to buy a new mattress for him

Fun times!

know your limits , if you think you are going to suffer from fasting , skip it a day , Allah doesn't seem like he'd want you to suffer , The healthy person who fears that he may become sick if he fasts is like the sick person who fears that his sickness may get worse, they are both permitted to break their fasts, because the sick person is permitted to break his fast because of the fear that his fasting may make his sickness worse and last for longer, and the fear that fasting may cause sickness is similar to that.

I've been doing intermittent fasting.
They've found it has many positive effects on health, there was even a recent study on people who practice Ramadan.
