Sleep and exercise help, but genes are really the determining factor in longevity.

The ironic thing with the idea of extra sleeping to prolong life is that the extra time you get is minimized by the extra time you're asleep.

only about 1/4 of longevity is determined by genes. https://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/primer/traits/longevity

your fate is largely in your own hands. act accordingly.

I started a journal last week on livejournal. Not bulllet but close enough. Definitely changes things. One of those mindfulness things

I know of a few people around my area who could learn some mindfulness. They're also very old, in their 90s. You can't teach an old dog new tricks.

I think the infection in my left ear came back. I can't hear out of it and my head is spinning. I feel like I'm going to fall out of my chair.

Sounds a bit like vertigo or a type of vertigo.

Keep safe Mr Rebel.

Try to keep that head still too.

I cross my fingers mine never comes back - it felt like I was time travelling but with no exciting ending.

Morning everyone else. My peas are doing very well.
