I wonder if the world was a better place before the national lottery

In the next 7 hrs or so, I am needed in two different places.

I am taking the high-speed rail from North China to South China, traveling at 250km per hour for 10 hours.
It was clean and comfortable and the guy sitting next to me was quiet.

I thought a clash of cultures happened between newcomers and their kids. I never thought it would happen in my family.

It's supposedly a very stressful day.

Yet I don't feel like sitting down and procrastinate. I don't feel that sensation of being too pressured.


Maybe I'm at a state and phase of making plans and hoping to follow through the coming days. Really want to be like this... Forever...

Or at least make it my default and baseline state, not my 'just right and OK' that happens up to 5 days a month.
