Frequently. How long it lasts is another matter.

Same question.

I have many of the same interests....but I have some tendency to change "subinterests" within the "interests."

How would you react if a jazz band all of a sudden showed up at your table at dinner----and sang "Happy Birthday" to you?

They'd be a few days early, but I'd be happy nonetheless. All embarrassment aside. 8)

Have you ever sent someone a bouquet of lilacs and freesia?

Nope....neither flower. But I have sent roses and tulips to my mother.

Has anybody ever sent YOU a bouquet of lilacs and freesia?

No. I've received roses but never wildflowers or my favourites: lilacs and freesia. Maybe a few soft pink tulips. They look like sweet little ballerinas.

Has anyone sent you flowers?

One time....and it was for the wrong reason. She was keeping track at me at work---thought I was cheating on her. She sent the flowers, then came to the job to "confront" me. I broke up with her that night. That was sheer craziness! I wasn't going to cheat on her. I found what she did an invasion of privacy.

I used to be like Charlie Brown---longing for the Valentine that never came.

Did you like Peppermint Patty? I thought she was pretty cool---calling Charlie Brown "Chuck" and all that.

Peppermint Patty was great. I especially loved Sally. She had some keen wit about her. :)

Yes, I can relate to the Charlie Brown thing. I'll put some examples in my 2 Truths and 1 Lie stories later on.

That woman does sound wacky. I'm glad you broke up with her.

Do you know how to do the butterfly (swimming stroke) ?

Did you ever have a butterfly jar?

I did! I had several! They were plastic bug holders that were commercially available. I loved to go hunting with my butterfly net for moths, caterpillars and ladybugs. I didn't catch many actual butterflies but I was quite the explorer.

Did you ever swing over water on a rope swing?

Nope. Aquatics isn't my thing. Does sound fun though.

What's your favorite summer activity?

Probably just going out on a boat, and just relaxing in the middle of a lake.

Same question.

I just spent a week doing that :) ^^^^

That's my favourite summer thing, too. It must involve boats and ducks and the threat of a thunderstorm over the horizon.

What's your favourite winter activity? (In cold climate locations)?

My great-grandfather lived to 99. His son, my grandfather, is 96 and going strong.

HEY!! !! Nice to see you!! !!

I'd have to pull out my copious ancestry documentation. Of the relatives I knew I think the oldest was only about 88.
The men generally pass quite young :(

Wacky question but have you ever had head lice?
