I've accepted that I need 9-10 hours of sleep. I don't like it, but I tolerate it. I just wish when I was done sleeping that I could wake up faster.

I like to get about 7 hours but I can easy exist on 5 but my brain functions differently on 5 hours

Kind of like it would if I'd had a cocktail of substances...i don't know whether it's right or wrong
