Is it wrong to want to beat someone that basically deserves it? Trade physical for emotional pain?

I’ve not heard anything negative about magnesium and haven’t actually tested as deficient but the signs are there  When I started taking it for something else, it made a difference and then when i started the stimulant, I get the jaw tension if I don’t take it. What also helps with that is putting a fist under your jaw pushing up and trying to open your mouth for a few seconds

You can actually get crystalline CBD isolate by this point but it's more effective with some regular THC oil.

*fills bong* Don't mind if I do.

I'm gonna start calling you 'bong chops' you can give Dragnet a better answer than me.

I aim to please. MMJ has been life changing for me. I really should get a job in the industry but herb helps me pour tons of energy into technology.

Yes, I have to do the weird facial exercises too, but I do a few more
Poking out your tongue can relieve it too, except you look like a bit of a dickhead.

Idk, the naturopath might have been full of it, that's just what she told me.
Research seems to indicate people with fatty liver are deficient in magnesium. :?

Pretty sure it’s just a coincidence and the naturopath is a nut  magnesium deficiency is common with ADHD

^ with autism too, apparently.
Magnesium upsets my stomach, so I use a topical magnesium oil and tissue salts.

Good morning guys and dolls :D

Just to add to the vitamin conversation, I take a high dose of iron (prescribed) because I was tested as having low iron levels in my blood.

I would urge anyone to have the tests before self-medicating as there are some vitamins and minerals which can cause you more harm if you have too much.

It also turned out I had a heart problem - which is another reason for some of my symptoms. Had I tried to self-med without this info I could have caused some dire consequences. :skull:

I also have the jaw of concrete and have to ease it with funny faces as well as concentrating on my stress levels. I get a shooting pain up my jaw line when I put food into my mouth, intermittently, I wonder if this is my psyche telling me to eat less?

High doses are a little different :P small doses for common issues are ok

Sounds like you have a nerve getting pinched in your jaw though. I have a nerve problem in my arm.

Yeah, anything in small doses is always wise, I just worry about people self-med'ing.

I hadn't thought about the nerve being pinched. I've got fibromyalgia and ME so it could be anything. These problematic conditions can mask other problems which may develop so I have to be on my guard. But yes if definitely points towards the nerve pain which is often sharp and rapid, like a bolt of lightning.

I would rather have jaw pain than chest pain though if you know what I mean :|

^ It must be difficult for you, having such painful conditions.
I've heard it said that the universe doesn't send you anything you can't learn to deal with.
The universe can be a real b***h like that.

I'd like to slap whoever came up with that saying..

I've been reading about ADHD/ASD and the mind working more subconsciously than normal and ended up at an article by Grandin. She brought up autistics excelling at the hidden figures test so of course I found a couple tests to take  it was pretty easy :?

Yeah, I have heard this too - my counselling supervisor used to say it

At present I am holding my patience as I am listening to the 4 seasons whilst waiting for a gov dept to answer me on the phone.

Ha ha, I know which government department :D I don't mind the music it's the constant cutting in with the suggestion that you might prefer to call back latter when they're less busy that is sooooooooo annoying. They are never less busy.

Hi Temeraire. Hi everybody!

I agree about being careful when it comes to self-medicating.
