A Henry VIII Groat (fourpenny piece) from around 1540.

An American Indian arrowhead/flinthead I found buried in a creek bed. Could be anywhere from pre-history to the 1700s. I don't know.

What's the most interesting thing you learned or discovered from being a member at Wrong Planet?

My grandmother's antique sterling silver tea service which was passed down for generations. I don't know how old it is but 1800s of some sort. I'd like to have it appraised.

I also have a little clay flower pot in the shape of an owl that was given to me as a birthday gift, by a random schoolmate on my 7th birthday. It's not extremely old (nor am I, lol) but I'm pleased that I still have it. I don't even remember the girl's name and I'm sure she wouldn't recall me or the owl, either. I like the idea that I've kept it all these years, especially given its fragility.

-- My interesting thing from WP is realizing that I'm part of a community, whereas I've always felt alone. I'm amazed that there are people with such similar experiences to mine.

It was pretty routine. Work to work LOL. A little heavier than usual.
