A blood test can tell if you have a deficiency in vitamins and stuff, probably a good idea to have that done before taking high doses of any since too much of some things can also have negative effects.

I read on a tinnitus forum a lot of people take high doses of magnesium to try treating it and an MD came on and warned that too much magnesium depletes the body of copper which causes such and such unwanted effect.

Always consult your physician before self medicating and get regular bloodwork done.

Magnesium apparently has no impact on my tinnitus, but the cause may a factor. If you’re born with it, you will probably die with it.

The only thing that works on tinnitus (which I have) is not trying to do anything about it. Eventually you learn to tune it out. I never hear it unless I'm writing about it like now. No so loud at this time. Other times when I take notice it can be really loud.

I watched the first few episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer to see what it was like. It was entertaining in terms of special effects for all the wrong reasons. The character interactions are what I like best so far.

not wrong to want to. emotions aren't right or wrong. they just are. wrong to actually beat someone, though. better to use the anger energy to improve your life. the best revenge is living well.

I have zero motivation for improvement is the problem, I am not gonna want to do anything if I am being spied on for unlawful reasons. I need some kind of closure, you can't just come in and announce MKUltra and just be like, nothing here to see. These people need to be held accountable. I would if I had the resources though, leave America. Its a BS nation as far as I am concerned (In its current state). They hold poor to different standard. But I am positive, it'll fix it self or God amightly will fix it and PS I would rather be me when God gets here then be any part of a corrupt system.
