I'm drinking that as well to help relax. I went for a walk today, I just cleaned my guinea pig's cage, my girlfriend is visiting family for the weekend(she comes back tomorrow morning), & I haven't had a beer recently. Also I may start a beta-blocker when I see my doc Wednesday for a tremor disorder & I really shouldn't drink alcohol for awhile after I start it if I'm able to stay on it that is.
