No. I had horses but polo never crossed my mind. Water polo crossed my mind but it is apparently VERY difficult.

Yes I loved that game. I liked to be the polo.


Have you ever dove (dived?) (diven?) lol from a springboard?

I tried....I succeeded in "belly flopping." Man, that hurt!

I learned how to dive from the pool surface when I was about 14 or so.


Did you take Red Cross Swimming?

I took years of swimming lessons and was hoping to be a lifeguard, but realized I would freak out if I actually had to save someone's life with mouth-to-mouth. I quit after that.

A little bit. Never got beyond "Advanced Beginner," though.

He lived on Drury Lane. I was afraid of him. (I was / am afraid of nearly everything, it seems).

Do you eat muffins with a spoon? I do.

If I eat muffins at all (which is rarely), I'll eat them with my hands.

I'm curious as to what prompted the "hot poker"---was it just an impulsive though?

It's okay.....it's absurdist humor. That's the way I have to look at it.

The thought of me singing in a band is just as appealing as the thought of me sticking a hot poker in my eye.
(I was joking and of course I wouldn't want you to do that!)

Do you use eyedrops frequently / ever?

I never use them. I have trouble self-administering them.

How about you?

I have special eyedrops from my Ophthalmologist but I frequently forget to use them.

If you are walking along and you see a raised curb or low cement block (I don't know what to call them), do you want to walk on them? I always jump up on them.

I think I did once....with this blind person I had a date with (yes, this is a true story).

Ultimately, she lost interest in me because I was "small."
