I've been very busy today. I picked up my bike and I also went to Stepping Stones for Art Expressions afterwards. I feel refreshed as I look out the window and see the sun beaming in.

Yay! The sun makes a huge difference.
I was sick all week but today I feel better - enough to enjoy going outside this weekend! I hope you get a lot of painting in.

Good! The elder one was sick but today he seemed to be recovering. Just v tired . The younger one is becoming Very Naughty

Once he started feeding normally again his body went back to using glucose as the main fuel source.
That's why many epileptics are on ketogenic diets, like I am.

Maybe you could try a lower carb formula?
