I find that Trump should go back to being a reality TV entity. He’s a mockery as President.

What is the British view of Trump, in your opinion?

I don't follow politics, or watch the news, so I'm not the one to ask for details... but he's seen as a lunatic world-wide. He has trashed the US reputation.

Never read it. Heard lots about it.

How about “A Clockwork Orange?”

No, but same. I've heard a lot about it. It sounds creepy. I haven't read it (assuming it's a book?) or seen the movie.

What about Eraserhead? I've heard it's scary. Haven't seen it and don't wish to.

Nope...not Eraserhead....but I did see “Edward Scissorhands.”

There was definitely a martial-arts craze in the mid-70s. But it mostly fizzled out by 1976, at least in the mainstream.

Hong Kong Phooey changed his clothes in a filing cabinet. He was a bumbling “do-gooder” who was always saved by his cat—-but he got all the credit. Sort of like the Blue Falcon and Wonderdog.

I've not heard of Penelope Pitstop so I googled; she isn't familiar at all Sorry.

Did you ever identify with a character from a book / movie?

Yeah. One example is a book called "The Cat Ate My Gymsuit". The main character, Marcy, was shy and un-confident, had no close friends, and had a parent who was often harsh to her and her brother. I related to this.

Penelope Pitstop was a very competent and resourceful woman....but she still wanted to be saved by rescuers.

Of course! I love the one where Fred hallucinates seeing Pebbles fly away on a mastodon to marry Bam-Bam at "the little church". It's one of my favourite episodes.
