I'm learning to understand that I'm not actually a dog but a very damaged little girl.

I managed to not give in to the urge to buy alcohol.

I had an important phone call but didn't make any decisions on it yet.
Fell dead asleep mid day.
Forgot where I was or what existence was.
Had a trauma attack.
Ordered a burger to make it all better.

I have been on a self imposed step program with the vape. Currently diluted to the equivalent of half a ciggie per day.

Well done you!

I dread to think what my nicotine consumption is. I'm like puff puff puff on the vape all day and evening. A least I've switched to the lower strength juice now.

Ever thought about getting a bottle of 0% and diluting? It's worked a treat for me, totally painless reduction from 6% to 0.06% in less than a week.

Sounds like a plan.

It's 6pm and I haven't had any nicoteen today. The process of tapering off has proved to be painless with no cravings.

I had a breakfast date and managed not to cry.

I'd call it an achievement if I could cry.

Managed to wake up and get active at a decent hour today so I could walk the dog and pull weeds before it got too hot outside. I'm feeling all that and need to rest a bit now, but it's been a productive day so far. In another hour or so, I'll get up and do some more. Not sure what though. Light house cleaning of some sorts. It shouldn't be too hot in here until later this afternoon, early evening, so hopefully I'll make some decent progress.

I determined best fan placement to achieve airflow, in from windows in the front of the house, out the kitchen windows in the back. The surprising result is that one large fan, placed in the hallway exhausting air from the living room into the kitchen, did more to bring air equally into the two front rooms, AND cooled the kitchen, better than placing fans in windows.

Unfortunately the kitchen windows aren't big enough for box fans, or I'd get another and experiment with setting the place up like a big computer case fan, lol. As it is it's like a case without enough fans.

Decorated some windows and has a good time getting on with it. Chatted to loads of people again, which was unfathomable not too long ago. Got into bed by 8

It is ten degrees cooler in the two rooms I occupy than the rest of the house. I achieve this by closing the windows when the outside temperature gets above the inside temperature, and I cover the windows when the sun shines on them. My housemate has acknowledged that I do this and that it works, but uses a fan to suck hot air into her room, which heats up the rest of the house. Shrug.
