You should do it more often.
Someone once told me to "get up, dress up and show up" whenever I'm invited somewhere.
I tend to refuse a lot of invitations due to anxiety but whenever I've made myself go anyway I usually do enjoy myself.

I don’t really deny invites I just don’t get them  but yes I try to go even if I don’t want to mainly because these people are “safe” because we like Dogs more than people

How lovely you were able to rescue a puppy

Yes, you definitely know where you stand when it comes to animals and dogs are so faithful and loving.

I look forward to seeing all the dogs when I am out walking my own pooch, I always remember the dogs names but easily forget the owners name.

One day, I am hoping to be able to offer animal therapy. One step at a time though. I need to get back to work first when I feel fit enough.

Morning all you lovely people

Well, I think I've had enough forays out into the scary forum for one day.

Thanks for your support, Tem, but I think I've been a touch too outspoken on several fronts today.
Lack of sleep makes me contrary, obviously.

I would never commit suicide, no matter how bad life gets for me. I was experiencing a very dark time last weekend, but I hung in there. There are so many things that I want to do and so many things that I like to do, that suicide is not an option for me.

I feel I'm just a statistic waiting to happen.

I've posted this elsewhere but it sums up my brain

If my mum ever finds that I love my current special interests as much as I do, she'd disown me again. I never talk to my family about my special interests. I'm almost thinking that my family doesn't really need me once again. I started my slumber off by listening to the German anthem on repeat last night. The pressure of being a Munro just got to me yesterday. I had a few minutes of confusion yesterday afternoon. Do I spend all my time with the rest of the family, or do I vanish into the spare bedroom and do a couple of Swagbucks surveys? Do I choose Germany and take a power nap, or do I wear myself out even more by doing the family thing though I feel worn and torn? When I was ready to sit with the rest of the family, my sister and niece just left.

^ I think you have to do what makes you feel most comfortable although maybe keep a lid on your special interest when you family are concerned as they clearly don't understand
