I like the new John Lewis advert

It's not the best I've seen but it's still nice and I like how there's always a sentiment behind them

I've only been in a John Lewis store once in my life (the one in Oxford Street, London). I felt uncomfortable there - a security man was following me around.

My roommate has slept on the couch for the last three nights. Clearly I'm doing something that's bothering him (we share a bedroom). I wish he'd just tell me what the problem is so we could work it out, but instead he's going to avoid it and let it get worse. NTs are insane.

I don't know about this dead chicken I bought

It's supposed to be a small one but I've had to cram it into the air fryer

It's more like a butterball turkey

Beginning writing the script for my comic book project which is due December 8th.

I pitched my story earlier today during class and got a "surprise hit" reaction
after I stopped talking and answered questions.

Title:

"A Taste From The Past"

Probably someone somewhen was paid by the letter. That's why it's not good to take too many responsibililibititibitities and do what you want instead - 'want' is much easier to write

Last night I was shopping and in a store I normally go to at the mall they had Sonic action figures, and I saw one of Classic Eggman, so I decided to buy it. When I took it to the cashier a sort of funny conversation ensued. She looked at Eggman and called him Humpty Dumpty. And I told her his name is Eggman. Then she reads the package and says "Oh, Eggman". And then I said, "That makes sense actually, EGGman, Humpty Dumpty." and then the cashier starts doing a weird dance as she says the rhyme for Humpty Dumpty. And then I jokingly said, "If he fell off the wall, it must be because Sonic pushed him". And then she asked "Who's Sonic?"

The way we were talking made me think she actually knew about the Sonic lore, so when she asked who Sonic was I was pretty surprised. So I said, "He's a hedgehog and Eggman is his nemesis". And that wrapped it up and I paid for the Eggman figure and left.

I guess she really did think Eggman was Humpty from the nursery rhyme. And yes, I know that there's no mention in the rhyme that Humpty was an anthropomorphic giant egg and that he might not have been an egg originally. People have said it was in Alice Through the looking Glass by Lewis Carrol that made him officially an egg, but I'm not sure about that.
