I think they are cute - look like mini-cabbages. Actually that was the reason for buying them when I bought them for the first time. They are nice when simply microwaved and eaten with butter or olive oil on them.

I think they look nice but taste far too strong. They have to be well hidden in food for me to eat them.

I like turnips though I don't eat them often. I sometimes use them raw in salads or pickle them in salt.

I have never had turnips. I have tasted a radish and I think that is similar to a turnip? I found it a bit spicy or something. I probably wouldn't choose to eat a turnip but would try to nibble at them to be polite if served them by someone at their home.
