I totally do! Idk why, i was perfectly fine a few days ago but today really sucked. I think it's because of astrological things i you believe that kind of thing.

Have you ever slept the whole day?

Life is more complex, but for different reasons. People weren't designed to deal with so much isolation as today.
In other regards life in the past astounds me. How did people survive with no electricity, heat, internet, photography, modern cooking appliances, motorized engines, etc. How did they not have indoor plumbing or hot water? This astounds me to no end. No pun intended.

Life before the printing press ... kill me now.

I only slept the whole day when I've been medicated (in hospital, or the one time I took prescription Quetiapine / Seroquel -- never again)!

Same q.

It's a miracle if I can even sleep 12 hours LOL. These days, I don' tend to sleep more than 7 hours at a time.

Do you like falling asleep---or do you resist until the last possible moment?

Depends on how tired I am. Sometimes it’s no struggle sometimes I watch a bit of TV to fall asleep.

What is your fav time of the day?

I have insomnia. That's why I've started staying up all night and going to bed in the daylight. It seems counterintuitive but I think staying awake during the dark a.m. hours fools my brain to think I'm tired. I usually go to sleep when I notice I can't walk in a straight line due to my fatigue. (Likewise, I still only sleep about 6 hours).

My favourite time of day is around midnight to 1 a.m. when the whole town is dark and silent.

Same q

I don't mind watching sports if it's an important playoff game on TV and someone else is watching it, but I have no idea how any sports are actually played. I've never played a team sport or won any type of trophy / ribbon.

I feel like I can picture you very clearly, more than anyone else on WP. Maybe because I knew a girl named April and I'm kind of picturing her (although that isn't likely your real name).

Do you try to imagine what WP people look like?

Really? Now i'm really curious! :) and you're right, April is a video game character i love, but i also like the name itself too.

I sort of try to imagine it based on their profile pictures and nicknames if it makes sense?

Do you wear glasses?

Yes. I wear reading glasses, but since I'm virtually always reading I don't really take them off. Rather than put them on and off all day, I've learned to just look over the tops when I'm walking around or looking at things far away. That helps me not to lose them. Without my glasses I would be incapacitated because my close-range vision is terrible. After my stroke I had very severe double vision (which still recurs), and at that point I had to wear prism lenses.

I won't give too many public details about the way I picture "April", but she has curly or wavy hair just past her shoulders.

I just remembered I have a cousin named April, as well. I don't picture her, though, and I haven't even seen her in about 30 years.

Do you wear glasses? I don't think so, but if you do they have red plastic frames.

Oh, i've heard that double vision does happen after a stroke. I hope you're feeling better now. I do have wavy hair past my shoulders! And yes i started to wear glasses a few years ago but they have black frames :)

Is your hair very light blonde, or was it when you were younger? (almost white-blonde?)

Simon & Garfunkel are my heroes. Yes, I like folk music.

Do you like jazz?

Do you know the songs "Dangling Conversation" or "Kathy's Song" (S&G)? They're so so so beautiful.

Also, their version of Silent Night.
