^ That's a great video, blooiejagwa. The first few therapists I saw just didn't understand my alexithymia at all, and it just got in the way of the therapy, I think. The last one I saw understood though, and taught me similar techniques, which has been a huge help. It's great that you made such a simple explanation to help people who haven't had such good luck to get the right therapist.

I'm still always stunned when someone else tells me how I'm feeling before I know it myself - took me a long time to realise that they were right a lot of the time!
