@Blooie My GF and I just watched your video , she says she thinks this is exactly what I am like ( not knowing that I am angry ) , I am still coming to terms with my alexithymia , it's a weird trait.

Wow thank you for watching

^ That's a great video, blooiejagwa. The first few therapists I saw just didn't understand my alexithymia at all, and it just got in the way of the therapy, I think. The last one I saw understood though, and taught me similar techniques, which has been a huge help. It's great that you made such a simple explanation to help people who haven't had such good luck to get the right therapist.

I'm still always stunned when someone else tells me how I'm feeling before I know it myself - took me a long time to realise that they were right a lot of the time!

It's my favourite discworld book.

I've been reading "And Then You're Dead - A Scientific Exploration of the World's Most Interesting Ways To Die"

It's morbidly hilarious.

My therapist said sorry to tell you this but you're crazy. I told him I wanted a second opinion. He said okay you're ugly too.

That's what they're counting on.

I had to return some things to the store today in order to buy food.
Then I had to pay the vege lady in coins.

I got a therapy session scheduled but I have to wait until next month to go to it. I don't know what I'll do until then. I don't remember if I had to wait that long for my previous therapist. :(

What's the point of saying hi to a stranger/someone you have no intention of having a conversation with?

What's even worse than hi are the non-stop good mornings every day until noon.
