Probably just needs a new bulb. Be shore to get the right wattage, I got one that was a bit to hot for mine, the stuff inside solidified.

I've put out two bowls of water, and cut the wet food out of her diet for now. And she's quarantined to my room.
I'm worried my little kitty will get sicker while I wait for my tax return to come in the mail.
I don't know about cats (although I have one) but a friend of mine who has dogs gives them some yogurt with active cultures to remedy the diarrhea.
She has some enzyme and probiotic supplements, but I'll look into the yogurt and see what the webs says about it. I know that cats are lactose intolerant, but I'm not sure if yogurt would be an exception to the rule. And it would be pretty convenient, as I have some unsweetened, plain yogurt in my mini fridge! =D
I've seen it work for the dogs. I hope it works, I love a simple, inexpensive solution to a problem.

I don't take naps precisely for this reason.
Though I sure could use one sometimes. I never seem to sleep anymore.
I've got to stop taking afternoon naps.

Yeah it did sound like it was just the bulb that had gone. I'll have a look at it tomorrow
