Getting where?

Walking towards feeling better and less depressed and anxious.

Also feeling a lot more healthier physically compared to the beginning of the year.

Oooh that is great! :wtg:

Thanks love.

I do think about your distress at having to work with people who stress you out.

Some of these managers and supervisors have no people skills at all.

I hope you find a way of working through your own stuff.

Last year I was told I'm not autistic, the assessment was deeply flawed and full of contradictions. I think I was misdiagnosed but it now means i'm questioning everything i've believed for the last ten years. I feel I don't even belong here now. Just confused.

The diagnosis doesn’t change who you are. Try not to dwell on it. Maybe it would help if you had another opinion? You’re welcome here no matter what :)

Just saw a post in Facebook “according to a study, your “meanest” friend is the one who actually wants the best for you”

Too bad they don’t see it that way and just think you’re an insensitive jerk :?

Just saw CC's post and wondered what it was about so tracked back and saw this.
If you want my 2 pence worth - if you are confused then you are in the right place.

Wise words

I mean psychologists and therapists are all over a spectrum of aptitude... some suck some don’t. Not only that because they are dealing with ppl some fit and understand you, some can’t. Some update themselves on the research and have a better understanding some don’t
Some have dishonest motivation as well (sick individuals themselves)

So yeah. I was told by an autism therapist that I am lucky to get a diagnosis because most psychologists are not skilled in diagnosing adults and she was impressed that they spent so cub time unravelling and figuring it out with tests n assessments... hours and hours every weekend
