I'm pretty sure I have a slipped disc in my lower back, causing sciatica.
It actually started when my osteopath rubbed my back about 10 days ago.
I love his massages, but this time I felt something pop.
It was noticeable.
I actually shrieked.
I'm not blaming him because my lower back has been sore for quite a while.
I wondered what was going on.
That's why he was working on my back in the first place.
Prior to the appointment I had lower back pain that I thought was my kidneys.
It might have been, but I don't know for sure.
I went for a kidney ultrasound but haven't heard the results yet.
It was either kidney pain or the beginning of my slipped disc.
Oh, I also have two spots on my arm that are being treated for skin cancer.
They might be something harmless or they might be Basal Cell Carcinoma.
I had them burnt off last week but they're a proper mess now.
I have to go back in two weeks to find out if they're cancer or not.
Nasty photo:
This is a reminder to EVERYONE to get your skin checked by a Dermatologist at least yearly.
My friend Sarah died from Melanoma last week.
She was only 36.
