How Dorchester Publishing closed down as, that was my favorite independent company where I purchased a great deal of my sci-fi/fantasy/horror novels from. Oddly enough Amazon is the one that purchased them.. 
It seems the days of independent publishers and bookstores is disappearing quicker and quicker..
