Seriously....maybe you could write a Greek-like tragedy play.
You should probably study Greek philosophy more.
I prefer Plato/Socrates, myself, over Aristotle. Plato believed in virtue; whereas Aristotle believed more in practicality.
But aren't you married and have a career you enjoy? The other 57 year old said he never even got a girlfriend despite his best efforts and only manages to scrape by with povery level income.
Sounds like the guy I know. Except he didn't make any efforts. He knew he'd be able to survive and manage with low paying undemanding work. No wife, no gf, no actual friends. But he's happy for the most part.
Then there's the other guy I know who is also around 57 who broke his neck in a trampoline accident when he was 17. He's spent the last 40 years as a C5 quadriplegic. He's super thankful he can get by without a respirator.
Then there are successful able bodied guys with women and friends in their life who commit suicide.
It's all a matter of perspective I suppose.
