Dance is the best exercise for balance and cognitive decline.
I posted this between the tap and the hip hop.

Hello Mr Raleigh,

My apologies for no response - I tend to post then take doggie out for her stroll.

I really like the idea of dance as an exercise.

There have been experiments to prove the efficacy of dance compared to other exercise.

Dance whilst you garden and you have a recipe for a very therapeutic experience.

I will try this later - where is that portable radio?

Dancing in the garden?
I think I'd be mistaken for a possessed scarecrow.

Well yeah, perhaps I would be taken away or not.

But what a marvellous pastime.

Yes, indeed, Ms Climber, page 3000 is very near. Yay.
