Yes, I love vanilla anything.

Did you ever own a goldfish?

I owned several goldfish, but they never lived very long.

What would be the perfect pet [can be mythological]?

 My current dog is absolutely perfect and could never be replaced

I'd also love a big floppy sheepdog whom I can name Godot.

Why not get one? Or is two dogs too many?

My dog is a service dog so it would be difficult to walk two dogs (with one working and one not). Besides, I don't have two hands if I use my cane :)

I've wanted one all my life, hence the name Godot.

Do you have a dream pet?

A cat who is as affectionate as a dog.

Do you find it amazing that humans domesticated animals?

I find it amazing that animals domesticated people. Really.

Do you know "why" ND people get fascinated by particular subjects? Is it a stage of development that we just happen to get "stuck" at, or is there a structural brain anomaly, or is it a sense of control and understanding?

(Long question, but I wonder why you happened to latch onto Anthropology around the same age I latched to my books?)

I just feel it’s an “hyperfocus.” And that the interest is so intense that we have difficulty transitioning from it.

I don’t feel we’re “stuck” in a stage of development....rather, we’re just “stuck” because of the hyperfocus and the inspiration we derive from the Special Interest.

Do you believe Emily looks really good for her age?

Emily's coffin was only 17" wide, so she wasn't at her best despite being tall and beautiful when she died at age 30.

Will you join me in wishing her a happy 200th?

She deserves great esteem. I hope she is smiling down at you.

Do you know....where you’re going to? (From Mahogany)

Um. When I was 14 I told my parents to change my name to Mahogany. I didn't even know there was a singer... I just liked the colour of mahogany wood (which wasn't even my hair colour .... go figure? ) They said no.

That's a nice song. Thanks.

No, I don't know anything anymore.

Do you know what you will eat on Tuesday?

Something like Sly and the Family Stone.

Or "Flashlight" by Parliament-Funkadelic.

Do you like "Disco Inferno" by the Trammps?
