I popped my knee out of it's socket and the hospital gave me laughing gas before popping it back in , I was in agony and laughing at the same time ( a very weird experience )

I’ve never had it but I’ve felt a similar.. feeling? But it was mainly just losing my mind

I was trying to remember what I cackled over and just remembered the most recent thing and I’m pretty sure I asked myself ‘what’s wrong with you?’

It does feel like you are starting to lose your grip on reality , I've lost count of the number of times I've asked myself 'what’s wrong with you?' ( usually internally but I've shouted at myself too )

I’ve never shouted at myself but it’s also mostly internal. Like having a conversation with someone but not actually saying anything and they’re just waiting for you to answer a simple question oh yes I answered that and the 50 others you may have. I just didn’t tell you.
